When it comes down to negotiating the sale or acquisition of an immovable property, performance and quality of work makes all the difference. I choose to negotiate for my clients with patience and diligence and expose my clients to all the facts involved so they can make an informed decision.
In 1984 I obtained my real estate agent license and also started managing many aspects of my family’s construction company. Seven years later I obtained my brokers license. In 1995 I completed a 3 year paralegal program at O’Sullivan College. Still today I attend courses and seminars on real estate market trends and laws.
